Consider the idea that our advantage is your advantage. White Zulu does not work with an isolated team. We engage and collaborate with our Umlindi and Abafundi departments to assist with the implementation and transformation compliance of niche projects. We are a fully remote working team and have our virtual office based throughout South Africa.
In addition to the collaboration of the innovative minds of our team and its partners, White Zulu combines the essential facets of Skills Development, Employment Equity, BBBEE, SARS and SETA benefits, in the simple and strategic implementation of your projects.
Having been in this industry since 2004, White Zulu has had the time to perfect our technique. Simply put, we know what we’re doing.
We meet the needs of our clients in a variety of sectors that ensure each department is part of your company’s transformation. These sectors include Transport and Logistics, Finance and Accounting Services, ICT, Manufacturing and the Engineering sector. Our “custom-craft” solutions ensure that the challenges of employment compliance and practice are met.
Abafundi is the Zulu word for student. At White Zulu, the concept embodies what we believe every person to be despite their age. It is because of this that our Abafundi Be White Zulu team is committed to being involved in the creation of opportunities amongst the unemployed through various means of education and development.
With our tools, teams and abundant resources, White Zulu is able to provide your company with off-site learning solutions. In addition to this, our collaboration partners run some of the most inclusive and up-to-date training programmes, ensuring that your unemployed candidates possess the correct behaviour, necessary skill sets and workplace readiness when they enter your business.
Candidates embark on various interventions such as Learnerships, Internships and work integrated learning experiences which are combined with one-year work skills programmes. They are placed within various business sectors and are mentored by their respective line managers, focusing on interpersonal development.
In addition, they receive a strong foundation and understanding of the working world, how to manage and conduct themselves in the workplace, and a further hands on experience in their respective fields or qualifications.
The objective is to further provide opportunities at an entry level into permanent positions upon successful completion of the programme and align the recruitment strategies to meet Skills Development, BBBEE scorecard, Y.E.S Target and Employment Equity requirements.
"Being a learner may seem tough at first. However, you may be able to find your niche and learn more about yourself while doing so. Nobody said interning would be easy, but it is up to you to take ownership of your development and to learn and grow"

"The level of growth is magnificent, and I learn something new every day. The company is diverse, and I get to learn from all departments and receive hands on experience and development within accounting.
Student
"The graduate programme has helped me decide my career path going forward, it’s helped me learn more about the field I’m in and implement what I have learnt while studying for my BCOM Accounting degree"
Student
"It’s no secret that there are too few hours in the day. At first, the Learnership seems overwhelming because of the added responsibility and time commitment to completion of your assignments and to balance this with work"
Student
"I have learned how to manage multiple projects as well as find niche potential talent in the market. I have grown and developed and have learned how to implement in a fast paced environment and also have realized my strengths"
